By accessing, registering on, or using the nba365 platform — whether through our website, mobile application, or any other channel we make available — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

nba365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

If nba365 discovers that a player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, nba365 reserves the right to void all bets placed, confiscate all winnings, and close the account immediately without prior notice. Any deposits made by an ineligible player will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

Each player may register only one (1) account on the nba365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nba365 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account. nba365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nba365 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at nba365's discretion. Deposits

Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. nba365 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. nba365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all nba365 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nba365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, nba365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nba365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the nba365 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with nba365's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nba365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity onto the nba365 platform.

nba365 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects may violate these prohibitions. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited balances.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nba365 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, nba365's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall nba365's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nba365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to nba365, other players, or third parties.
• nba365 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your nba365 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited. nba365's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, nba365 may refer the matter to an independent technical review. The findings of such a review shall be considered final and binding on both parties.

nba365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nba365 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
